isBored started at SaurabhGarg.com sometime last year (here). I think it was a summer afternoon, lulled even more by a heavy lunch and lack of actionables. To kill boredom and in part to help me keep busy, I hacked a PHP shoutbox script and created isBored.
Since n00b.in now becomes my personal playground with ideas and businesses, over the last few weeks, I have been thinking about isBored and moved it to n00b.in. Currently it is a simple shoutbox where non-registered visitors can publish the reasons why they are bored.
In its future avatars, I invite help, tips and inputs from friends of n00b and other fellow netizens. What do you think isBored should eveolve into?
Apart from the big idea, here are few things that I have listed for isBored. These would essentially act as hygience, rather than features. I will try and implement them over a period of time.

- Facebook application.
- User registration. Its not going to be mandatory for users to register but I want frequent users to register.
- Permalinks. Each post will have a permanent link. Helps in linking and traffic. Helps in marketing.
- Ratings and Ranking. Users should be able to vote on their favorite isBored quotes. And a sort algorithm.
- Widget. Something that allows users to pimp the quotes.
- Launch iCrib.
